"When we bought a five-year-old horse for our daughter, we knew it was a bit unsure around other horses. It came from a private stable where it had always ridden alone in the arena. Once we arrived at our busy riding school, however, the problem turned out to be much more serious than we had initially thought.

Despite several months of three private lessons a week, our daughter was unable to ride the horse on her own. The situation was becoming increasingly dangerous, both for her and for the other riders. Eventually, our instructor told us that the problem was too serious and that we'd be better off selling the horse. We were at a loss. How could we sell a horse with such problems?

Fortunately, through the owner of our riding school, we got in touch with An and Lara from Den Oever Stables. Lara came to evaluate our horse and immediately indicated that she believed the problem could be resolved. From that moment on, a process began that completely exceeded our expectations.

With an impressive combination of expertise, horsemanship, patience, and a genuine love for horses, we saw a clear improvement after just a few weeks. My daughter took weekly lessons, and step by step, the horse's confidence grew. After a little over three months, he was almost completely free of his fears.

Since the horse was still very young and my daughter lacked some experience, we ultimately decided to sell it after all. An provided us with fantastic guidance throughout this process as well.

Thanks to their dedication and expertise, our horse found a wonderful new home in Taiwan, where it is now living a wonderful life.
